This October half term, we opened our newest building. Located near our Sport facilities, the building houses the new School Shop, our laundry facilities and two classrooms. The building features a state-of-the-art ecologically sustainable design, including solar panels on the roof and a heating system which harvests and reuses thermal waste produced in the laundry.

While our Eco Council is doing excellent work in preventing excessive food waste with new portion size initiatives and awareness campaigns, our Catering facilities have been upgraded to include equipment for any food waste produced to be processed, collected and reused as biofuel and compost.
