NHVS Strawberry Tea
We have had some exciting news from the Boarding Schools’ Association (BSA) this term. New Hall was selected as finalists in the Best Community work via BSA ‘On Board’ Initiative Award category for the work of the New Hall Voluntary Service. Earlier this year, our Voluntary Service was recognised as a ‘significant strength’ in our very successful ISI inspection.
As per our longstanding tradition, we celebrated the end of year with all of our elderly guests, who have lunch at the School each week of term time, with an afternoon Strawberry Tea in the last week of term. All weekly guests, as well as student and staff volunteers enjoyed the opportunity to socialise and watch some dance and music performances in our Jubilee Hall, before the summer holidays.
