To celebrate the end of term, our NHVS groups hosted some of the long-anticipated annual events in the NHVS calendar.

The Strawberry Tea went down a treat with lots of delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones being consumed and our guests being treated to some brilliant singing by our Prep Choir with their uplifting medley of songs. The guests took time to enjoy the beautiful Chapel, looking at King Henry’s coat of arms before taking a seat in the North Gallery which had been transformed into New Hall’s very own Tearoom with strawberry themed decorations everywhere you looked!

The Shaftesbury barbeque was a wonderful opportunity for both our guests and volunteers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. It was an evening full of laughter as they played table tennis and enjoyed burgers and hotdogs on the deck of The Barn which looked fabulous covered in balloons and bunting. Peter the Peacock even made a special appearance adding an extra splash of colour to the evening activities.
