Our new Year 12 cohort spent an exciting time at their Induction Day, getting to know their peers and their tutor, playing ice-breaker games and taking part in entertaining team building activities.

The challenge to work in teams to build a structure using marshmallows and spaghetti was a particular highlight, with one team decorating their already elaborate tower with the architectural flourish of a star, while another built a spaghetti and marshmallow ship, complete with a marshmallow and spaghetti crew. The students enjoyed social time getting to know the other members of their peer group over a delicious barbecue, and it was heartening to see so many happy faces at the end of the day.
