We are delighted to have once again been named as one of the Top 100 Cricket Schools by The Cricketer Schools Guide 2021 for the sixth consecutive year. Schools were judged against an extensive set of criteria, which included a compelling commitment to cricket in the curriculum, facilities, fixture programmes and coaching.

The New Hall cricketing profile has grown rapidly in recent years and the School is now considered one of the leading providers of school cricket in England for both girls and boys. The School has had success in local, regional and national competitions, winning 16 County Cups at U12-U15 level, the regional trophy of the National Cup and reaching the National Cup quarter-finals at U17 level.

We’ve also had some recent Cricket success with some girls in our Senior Division! Congratulations to Sophia (Year 7), Vanshika (Year 7), Louise (Year 8) and Emma (Year 9) for being selected for the Essex Academy Cricket Squads in their respective year groups. Well done girls, we look forward to watching you becoming confident young cricketers!
