On Thursday 27 June and Friday 28 June, our Performing Arts Departments came together to perform the fabulous Musical Theatre Extravaganza. Our audience was treated to a variety of music and dance numbers, performed by students from Year 3 all the way to Year 13! Dances to a live student orchestra and band, favourite pop music, film and theatre medleys, the performances had it all.

On Thursday night, we were delighted to welcome singers from three local schools, Messing Primary, The Ursuline Preparatory School Ilford, and Oakfields Preparatory, who joined forces with our Senior and Prep Choirs to perform four Musical Theatre medleys! Friday’s event was distinctive as students and teachers came dressed up as their favourite musical theatre characters, including stars from The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and La La Land, with our Music Department representing all characters from The Wizard of Oz.

We were overwhelmed by positive feedback, and we hope to welcome all to many more concerts and events next year!
